Partner Terms

These terms cover the PageMakeover partner (affiliate) program, run by MSR Inc. By joining, you agree to them and to our general Terms of Service.

Commission

You earn 40% of the purchase price (before tax) for each purchase made by a customer who arrives through your link within 60 days of clicking it. If a customer clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent link gets credit.

When you get paid

Commissions are held for 30 days after the sale to cover chargebacks, then become payable. We send payouts by PayPal once a month when you have at least $25 payable. Amounts under $25 roll over to the next month.

What doesn't count

• Your own purchases, or purchases for businesses you own.
• Refunded, charged-back or disputed sales.
• Sales from spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, or ads bidding on "PageMakeover" or close misspellings.

Promote honestly

• Always disclose that you may earn a commission, as the FTC requires, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through my link."
• Don't promise results, such as a number of leads or sales, that PageMakeover doesn't guarantee.
• Don't say or suggest you work for PageMakeover or that it's affiliated with Meta or Facebook.
• No spam: only email or message people who agreed to hear from you.

Taxes

You're responsible for taxes on your commissions. US partners who earn $600 or more in a year may be asked for a W-9 before further payouts.

Changes and ending

We may change the commission rate or these terms with 30 days' notice for future sales. We may remove a partner who breaks these terms. Unpaid commissions on valid sales are still paid unless you broke these terms. You can leave anytime by emailing support@pagemakeover.app.
